THE IDEA OF FREEDOM IN THE PHILOSOPHY OF G. HEGEL

Abstract
Considered an outstanding interpretation of the freedom of the German philosopher G. Hegel, radically different from the understanding of the concept of its predecessors. Showing dialectical relationship between freedom and necessity in theory H.Hehelya. The attention to historical issues of freedom, freedom within the Hegelian theory of the state and law, an objective reality, and others. The characteristic feature of freedom in different historical periods: in societies antient East, slave, medieval societies, in societies era of modern times. The essence of Hegel's theory of the state and law, the reasons given vyneknennya States and described the ideal type of government.
