THE IDEAS OF TRANSFORMATIVE ANTHROPOLOGY IN THE ORGANIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract

Introduction. The realities of the modern world are marked by deep transformations in all spheres of human life. They show the formation of a qualitatively new type of society. The education is an important factor in human socialization/ It is important to know which should be modern education in order to help people find adequate answers to the challenges of our time. The search for new ideas, methodological principles and priorities of educational reform and further development is updated. The ideas of transformative anthropology are relevant to this perspective of reasoning. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to show the heuristic potential of transformative anthropology in building a person and revealing his inner potential in the educational process. Research methods: socio-cultural, systemic, structural and functional methods of analysis in their dialectical unity were used. Main results: The fundamental idea of transformative anthropology is that man is not a constant, but constantly transcends the boundaries of his individuality. The person has the ability to build and self-development. It is noted that the conceptualization of a new image of a person – a person of transition, which is able to create new opportunities for development, self-development, the ability to self-transformation encourages to rethink the accumulated pedagogical experience in the light of modern educational trends. Relevant in educational activities is the rethinking of knowledge not from the standpoint of established experience, but on the basis of critical reflection. Such an approach is able to offer a new vision and understanding of the problems from the perspective of the future. The learning process is constantly regenerated and transforms those who are involved in it, based on future opportunities. The value of educational interaction is determined by a free, educated, creative person. Attention is focused on the need to move away from the understanding of man as a one-dimensional in favor of a complex and holistic. Conclusion. Man in the realities of the modern world appears not as a given, but as a process in which he is creating himself through the disclosure and activation of its potential. Transformative education manifests itself in its ability to focus on the design of learning strategies. It is conditioned by the understanding of education as an emancipative process of cognition, based on the rethinking of the established experience of the individual in order to design him/her new strategies of activity.
