The impact of agroholdings on the rural territories development

Abstract
Nowadays rural territories development is one of the priorities of our state development. Due to the fact that Ukraine is an agrarian state, one should always remember that the basis for the successful development of agrarian production is villages or rural territories. Currently, rural territories in Ukraine are on the verge of survival and this issue is very relevant not only for researchers, but also for civil officers, rural communities and NGOs, interested in farming. The agricultural holdings, located in rural territories are one of the factors affecting the development of rural areas. The study substantiated the factors of the negative impact of agrodopingization on the development of rural territories, the unemployment of villagers, the development of ecologically pure agricultural production, soil restoration and efficient land use.
