The impact of international conventions and the European Court of Human Rights on the rights and freedoms of the convicted persons in Ukraine and the EU

Abstract
This article analysis the international conventions that ensure the rights and freedoms of prisoners referred to issues that arise in the application of international conventions and proposed solutions, and considered the practice of the European Court of Human Rights regarding persons convicted in Ukraine and the EU.
