The Impact of Law Adherence on Integrating the Public Management Systems (Case Study: Executive Administrations of West Azerbaijan Province)

Abstract
The present study focuses on the effect of norm-orientation, the reward and punishment system, individualism, organizational justice and supervision of all affairs as the components of law adherence on the integrity of public management systems across executive branches in Wes Azerbaijan. The statistical population comprised of all 815 public organization in West Azerbaijan and 261 branches were chose as the sample size using Cochran formula. To collect the data on independent variables (norm-orientation, the reward and punishment system, individualism, organizational justice and supervision) and situational leadership, researcher-developed and Blanchard-Hersi questionnaires were employed. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated as 0.861. The results obtained from the inferential statistics indicated that all components of the study were significant using binomial test. Using Spearman correlation coefficient, it was found that there was a relationship between management integration as the dependent variable and other independent variables (norm-orientation, 0.732; the reward and punishment system, 0.812; individualism, 0.176; organizational justice, 0.853; supervision, 0.778).
