THE IMPACT OF TWITTER TOWARDS KNOWLEDGE SHARING

Abstract
The aim of this research is to measure the impact of twitter towards knowledge sharing. Twitter is a microblogging service that enables users to write and read status about anything they want to express or share, it can be a valuable or non-valuable messages. This paper proposes a framework the impact of twitter towards knowledge sharing. In order to achieve this objective, this research proposes a framework to identify the contribution and the influence of twitter towards knowledge sharing. As a result, the study reveals the positive impact of Twitter usage in knowledge sharing culture.
