THE IMPACTS OF ONLINE LEARNING IN EDUCATION: LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract
The aim of this research is to identify the impact of online learning in education. This research show how the technology can affects learners’ performance in higher education. This research is based on article review, this provided points that show how the technology affects the performance of the learners. From this, there will be three impacts of online learning in education that consist of impact towards learners, impact instructor roles and impact from synchronous and asynchronous environments. Through this, this research shows the impacts and gap to this topic.
