The Implementation of Language Development and Speak Stimulation To Child Age 0-3 Years In The Family At Posyandu Seruni Bendogerit Sanan Wetan Blitar

Abstract

Stimulation is an activity to stimulate the basic ability of children so that children grow and develop optimally especially in language and speech development because it is an indicator of the whole development of children. The purpose of the study was to find out the description of the implemen- tation of stimulation of language development and talking children in the family. It used descriptive research method. As a family population with children aged 0–3 years registered at Posyandu Seruni Kelurahan Bendogerit Kota Blitar as much as 35 families, the sample was one parent (father or mother) dominant in parenting every day as much as 35 using total sampling technique. The data collection was done by observation and interview. The results showed that the implementation of stimulation of lan- guage development and speech in the family of 20% execution is precisely influenced by the dominant mother in child care, 57.1% of the implementation was quite appropriate because all families have APE and 22.9% less precise implementation due to information factors less . Recommendations for the Health Department provide training on Posyandu cadres on stimulation and early detection of child growth, which will be applied to infants at posyandu with involving parents of children under five in order to provide stimulation to their children in everyday life correctly.
