Journal Title: Здоров`я дитини - Year 2019, Vol 14, Issue 1

Abstract

The article presents a modern view on the problem of neurogenic bladder in children from the standpoint of awareness of the role of vegetative homeostasis. The importance of a differentiated approach to the correction of this disorder is considered, given the nature of the violation of vegetative tone. The inclusion of the neuroadaptogenic drugs with proven sympathicotonic or parasympathicotonic action into the comprehensive therapy was substantiated.
