THE IMPORTANCE OF CRIMINOGENIC SITUATION IN THE SITUATIONAL PROFILAKTICS OF VIOLENCE CRIMES

Abstract
Theoretical questions of situational prevention of violent crimes are researched. The methods of crime prevention in the field of situational prevention are highlighted. The current criminal law and normative legal acts regulating crime prevention issues are analyzed. The research of modern crime prevention programs in some regions of the country is carried out. It was developmented of special-criminological programs for the prevention of violent crimes is proposed, taking into account the characteristics of the offender.
