THE IMPORTANCE OF THE EDUCATIONAL COURSE "INTRODUCTION TO LABOR TRAINING" IN BUILDING PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF A HANDICRAFT TEACHER

Abstract
Abstract: The article presents the information about the educational course "Introduction to labor training". The course "Introduction to labor training" in the process of training is due to the need to create a theoretical and practical basis for the successful development of special technological disciplines in the specialty "Technical work and entrepreneurship". The main specificity of the program of this course is to study the basic requirements of the State educational standard for the training of teachers of technical work, the development of basic concepts and principles of the organization of the process of labor training in a modern school. In the educational course is given the concept of influence of discipline content on the formation of a positive attitude to the labor teacher. The research is also about to show the necessity of student’s motivation for further successful studying at University. There are also revealed the leading goals and objectives of the course "Introduction to labor training" as well as the entire educational field "Technology". "Introduction to labor training" is the first professional and pedagogical discipline that provides clear objectives: • to introduce students to the scientific basis of the teacher's professional activity; • to help to master the culture of educational work at university • to make the pedagogic practice easier to enter • to teach students how to form professional qualities of a teacher on their own The article presents the structure of the course "Introduction to labor training" as well as the detailed review of the first section of the discipline: 1. Part 1 The system of technological education in the Republic of Belarus. 2. Part 2 The main forms of study activities at the University. 3. Part 3 Professionally significant qualities of teacher's personality. 4. Part 4 The culture of educational activity of students.
