THE IMPROVEMENT OF MASS CASHLESS SETTLEMENTS REGULATION

Abstract
The current state of payment systems and cashless payments in Ukraine shows their dynamic development, expanding the range of payment instruments that reflect the key requirements for payment services, and the integration of payment systems in the national payment infrastructure. The development of payment systems in Ukraine is in accordance with international practice, and preferably consistent European approach to the regulation of payment systems and instruments for cashless payments. It was researched the modern state and problems of payment system functioning and cashless settlements operations in Ukraine. It was defined the main tasks and ways of development of the national payment area, grounded the system of steps of national payment system development, developed the mechanism of mass cashless settlements system integration and creation the single payment infrastructure for all payment instruments and it was also grounded the ways of future mass settlements' market development.
