THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE CONCEPT OF THE EFFICIENCY OF VENTURE BUSINESS'S ATTRACTION

Abstract
The concept of the efficiency of venture business's attraction was developed in the article. The theoretical foundations of venture business's concept were explored, four approaches to venture business's understanding were singled out, and its own definition which fully reflects the essence was developed in the investigation. According to the author's opinion venture business means business activity under which there is a risk investment's infusion in scientific and innovative development of enterprise that operates in high-tech industry, which tends to potential growth. Author examines the existing approaches to the concepts of effect and efficiency and revealed that efficiency is the ratio of the effect obtained to the costs incurred to achieve it. Also, the author developed the concept of effectiveness of venture business's attraction. The author emphasizes that the effectiveness of venture business's attraction should be understood as the ratio of the economic effect received from the business activity under which there is a risk investment's infusion in scientific and innovative development of enterprise that operates in high-tech industry, which tends to potential growth, and wasted resources that carries a potential investor during the implementation of such business activity.
