THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE TECHNIQUE OF ASSESSING THE INVESTMENT VALUE OF A COMPANY

Abstract
Based an the study and generalization of its results the methodology for assessing the investment value of a company, which consists of seven stages was improved. The conceptual diagram of assessing the investment value of a company was suggested. The advantage of the proposed method is integrating the results of a company ’s investment value assessment in two ways, namely, by means of net assets and discounted cash flows methods, that help to ensure the interests of the recipient and investor taking into account the retrospective condition and prospects of a company. At the next stage, the coefficient of the methods’ importance for assessing the company’s investment value is calculated on the basis of building a comprehensive evaluation index of internal environment factors that form its investment value.
