Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of the problems of formation of the factors influencing the formation of the competitiveness of the enterprise personnel. The concept of "competitiveness of personnel" is explored. The directions of increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise personnel are grounded, their efficiency is determined.
