Hypothesis testing in this research was conducted using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the analysis results of 10 hypotheses, it was found that 8 hypotheses were accepted and significant, while the other 2 were rejected and not significant. From these results, it was found that the compensation variable (X1) and work motivation (Z) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the work discipline variable (X2) and work environment (X3) have no significant effect on employee performance.
