THE INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENT PADS IN MANIFESTATION OF THE FEMALE STUDENTS’ SPEED IN SECONDARY SCHOOLS

Abstract

A long term work in Physi cal Edu ca tion te ac hing bro ught me to thin king abo ut the outer in fl u en ces (pads) which sho uld, be si de mo to ric abi li ti es of fe ma le exa mi ne es re sult with get ting qu an ti ta ti ve bet ter re sults. The goal of this re se arch was to de ter mi ne the pos si bi lity of the exi sten ce of dif fe ren ces in the ma ni fe sta tion of the speed of fe ma le stu dents in con di ti ons of mostly pre sent pads in scho ols du ring the pro cess of physi cal abi lity test re a li za tion (grass, asp halt, par qu et). This re se arch was re a li zed in Agri cul tural-ve te ri nary school with the bo ar ding school “Svi laj nac” in Svi laj nac, in the fi rst term pe riod of school year 2007/2008. the spe ci men in clu ded 72 fe ma le exa mi ne es of year one and two. For the eva lu a tion of the speed two stan dar di zed mo ve ment tasks we re applied: 30 me ter run ning from high start- for the eva lu a tion of the sprin ter speed and punt run ning 10 X 5 me ters - for the eva lu a tion of the speed (agi lity).For the pro ces sing of the da ta de scrip ti ve analysis, uni va ri ant analysis of the va ri an ce, mul ti va ri ant analysis of the va ri an ce and di scri mi na ti ve analysis. On the ba sis of the re sults, the re was a sta tisti cally sig ni fi cant dif fe ren ce and cle arly de fi ned bor der bet we en pads in com pa ri son to the speed of fe ma le exa mi ne es. The re sults di rect to the the ir prac ti cal ap pli ca bi lity in te sting of physi cal abi li ti es, plan ning, and re a li za tion of pro gram me of re gu lar Physi cal edu ca tion te ac hing in se con dary scho ols.
