The Influence of Educational Level and Work Experience on the Quality of Financial Reporting of Village-Owned Enterprises

Abstract
This research aims to find out whether the level of education and work experience influences the quality of BUMDes financial reports in Siulak District. This research aims to find out whether the level of education and work experience influences the quality of BUMDes financial reports in Siulak District. In this research, the data collection techniques and tools used are quantitative data analysis techniques, and the analysis method used is the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this research partially show that the level of education has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports, and work experience has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports. Based on simultaneous test results, the level of education and work experience have a significant effect on the quality of financial reports.
