Data analysis utilizing SmartPLS 3.0 software was used to test the hypothesis. Findings from this research indicate that employee engagement is influenced by emotional intelligence both directly and indirectly. Additionally, job satisfaction is influenced both directly and indirectly by emotional intelligence.
