The influence of expectations on the choice of strategy of behavior in conflict situations parent-teacher

Abstract
In the current circumstances, the implementation of modernization processes in the system of national education, strengthening the importance and empowerment of participants in educational relations actualized the problem of conflicts among the subjects of the educational system. This article analyzes the impact of expectations as the main cause of the conflict parent–teachers, as well as the choice of a strategy for the exit of such a conflict situation.
