The influence of interpersonal conflicts on the quality of the training and education of students in the school

Abstract

Conflicts in educational establishments between pupils and teachers and possible ways of their solution are considered. Conflicts between teachers and trainees are rare. The main cause of conflicts is a prejudiced attitude and “transition to personalities”, or disputes, a clash of interests between the student and the teacher. Many conflicts occur because of the prejudiced attitude of the teacher to the student. Most students believe that the top management of an educational institution should participate in resolving conflict situations, but not always, depending on the situation and having dealt with each case separately. A study is also being conducted among students in the upper grades. It is aimed at identifying the causes of conflict situations between students and teachers. The results of the study and recommendations are presented.
