The Influence of the Regent Leadership Style on the Employee Performance in the Bandung Local Government

Abstract
The purpose of this study was, to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance in the Bandung local government. The methodology in this research used the associative method, which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables, with this method will be built a theory that can serve to explain, predict and control a symptom. The result of research proves that the leadership style of Regent has taken effect on to Performance of Civil Servant in the Bandung Local Government. There is a significant influence between the leadership styles of Regent on Employee Performance in Local Government of the Bandung Regency.
