The Influence of the Water System on the Balance of the Functioning of the National Economy

Abstract
This article discusses the problem of rational use of water resources and the estimation of the efficiency of water management in the context of providing the needs of the national economy with water resources. The peculiarities of the environment as well as social, economic, technical, technological, ecological and social needs of the Ukrainian society are taken into account for the sake of stability and balance of the national economy. The system of sustainable water use as a set of interconnected functional elements of water use is directed to form a single unit interacting organically with the environment of the national economy. A necessary condition for the effective implementation of the state functions in the management of water use in order to ensure the stability and reliability of the national economy is the integration approach to the creation and practical implementation of the concept of the formation of a system of sustainable water use in Ukraine. It involves the comprehensive expansion, deepening and intensification of water resource development processes, the balanced functioning of water management and the rationalization of water use. The solution of these tasks can be done on the basis of synchronism and efficiency of the functioning of all components of the water management complex.
