The insertion labor of graduates of an educational institution superior in the city of Guayaquil during the period 2015–2019

Abstract
This research was aimed at strengthening and supporting the job placement of graduates of a higher education institution located in Guayaquil-Ecuador, with the creation of an editorial design with topics concerning graduates of different technological careers. It was developed addressing the types of Exploratory, Descriptive research with a qualitative approach and with the collection of information through interviews and the non-participatory observation technique that will reflect the importance of carrying out academic research work. Based on the results obtained, the editorial design of a Printed magazine with follow-up to professionals graduated from the different careers of a higher education institution during the period 2015 - 2019, which will allow strengthening support, in the labor insertion of professionals and in this way achieve results that contribute to the development of the educational institution, the well-being of the graduated professional and the guarantee to job search sources
