The intellectual capital management strategy of an enterprise

Abstract
This article presents an integrated model of intellectual capital. The authors analyzed the mechanism of the strategic management of intellectual capital of an organization. It can be concluded that for the formation of a strategy of development of intellectual capital, it is necessary to follow five stages.
