THE INTERESTS OF THE STATE AND SOCIETY IN ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS: PRIORITIES OF THE PROBLEM

Abstract
The article is devoted to study of problems of interests of state and society in administrative proceedings. It is noted that state’s interests also constitute an independent branch of theoretical research within framework of administrative-legal science. The article focuses on fact that public interest largely determines content and direction of actions of bodies of public administration.
