Abstract
This article discusses the importance of implementation and use of ICT in education. Information Technologies are nowadays affecting every aspect of human life. The use of ICT in education plays the role of a catalyst in the quality of education that enhances its competitive ability, information processing and sharing, learning methods, and access to information. Strategy of education through new technologies can be described as ethical practices that promote student learning and increase their capacity, productivity and efficiency.
