Abstract
The evolutions in the international context nowadays shows a recrudescence of terrorism, as it has spread over a larger geographic area and through the diversity of the objectives promoted, methods and means used, as well as through the diversity of the targets that the entities want to destroy by initialising, planning, organising, supporting and accomplishing terrorist acts.
