The Investigation of Skill Effect of Change Management on Organizational Commitment of Managers and Staffs of Tax Affairs in Sari City

Abstract

This study is presented with the purpose of " The investigation of skill effect of change management on manager and staffs` organizational commitment tax affairs in Sari city" which the statistical population consists of the whole managers and staffs in tax affairs of Sari city in 1392, and the number of them is 253 persons. The sampling method used in this study is chosen by chance. The tool for gathering datais questionnaire with 34 questions and its legitimacy is approved by connoisseurs and professors. Furthermore, the durability of questionnaire is obtained by Cronbach's 0.84 alpha coefficients. For analyzing data, we used referential statistics and descriptive tests. In descriptive statistics Measures of Central Tendency, standard deviation, Frequency distribution and variance were used. In referential, corresponding to data, like Pearson correlation coefficientwas used. The results of study showed that there was a meaningful relationship between skill in change management and organizational commitment of Sari tax organization.
