The investigation of the spiritual management effect on the optimization of the efficacy system in the health insurance organization (Medicaid) of East Azerbaijan Province in 2013-2014

Abstract
This research aims to investigate the effect of intellectual management system to promote the efficiency of the health insurance (Medicaid) 2013-2014. The research method is descriptive. The population in this research consists of all the employed in the health insurance organization in East Azarbaijan Province. From the population, 138 individuals were selected randomly as sample size using Morgan's table. The tools for collecting data were standard questionnaires of Frai and researcher made questionnaire. In order to determine justifiability, the comments of top professors were utilized. Cronbach’s alpha was used to estimate the reliability and the reliability of intellectual management questionnaire and the researcher made questionnaire were 0.89 and 0.90, respectively. The data were analyzed in two parts using descriptive statistics (demographical information, tables and graphs) and inferential statistics (Regression). The results showed that: perspective of health insurance impacts efficiency in the health services system. Also faith to achieve the aim impacts promoting the efficiency in the health insurance system. There is a meaningful relationship between the love of altruism and efficiency in the health insurance system. Faith to work impacts promoting efficiency in the health insurance system. Finally joining the organization impacts efficiency of the health insurance system.
