The Islamic Republic in comparison with System values with an emphasis on fixed and variable elements

Abstract
This article with aim of The Islamic Republic in comparison with System values with an emphasis on fixed and variable elements is written and believes that with identifying fixed elements you can achieve variable elements. Influence of political literatureŘ security and fixed elements of system are used for topic and tenet of this article. The results showed that the fundamental values of the Islamic Republic of Iran is limited and includes issues such as "Islam and the Shiite regime, the theocratic, republic, full independence, unity and national unity, territorial integrity and the language Persian Everything outside the circle of fundamental values is, of course, will be meeting in level below the fundamental value and can be flexible and changes the values that are to be interpreted. Beside these groups supreme and Islamic of system are most related parts and are in the highest level relation between each other. Other things that are not in these groups in facts they have less importantly ratio and can called them flexible elements.
