THE ISSUE OF ACTIVE SOLIDARITY MULTIPLICITY IN CIVIL LITIGATIONAL OBLIGATIONS

Abstract
The article сoncerns the characterization of solidarity obligations with the active multiplicity of subjects. The author investigates issues related to the implementation of this type of obligations. The article analyzes the views of scientists, compares national and foreign legislation, and makes conclusions on this issue.
