THE ISSUE OF SELF-KNOWLEDGE AS PREREQUISITES FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIONOMIC SPHERE EXPERTS

Abstract
The article presents general results of our previous research of scientific works on the issue of self-knowledge. The main research areas of self-knowledge, approaches to its definition and structure have been determined. Functions, results and properties of self-knowledge have been discovered. Self-knowledge has been presented as an important prerequisite for professional development of socionomic sphere experts.
