THE JUSTIFICATION FOR THE SELECTION OF COMPLEX-ACTION GASOLINE ADDITIVE COMPOSITION

Abstract
Theoretical issues of component composition of fuel additives formation are investigated. The emphasis is placed on the dependence of the chemical structure of detergents on the conditions of operation of various nodes of the fuel-distributing system of the gasoline engine. It is considered the additives that improve combustion of gasoline and reduce emissions of toxic substances in exhaust gases. The basics of their obtaining and general information on the evaluation of their functional activity are given. A number of chemicals have been identified that improve the combustion of gasoline and reduce the emission of toxic substances in the exhaust gases through their introduction into the fuel as additive.
