THE LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL ON HOTEL-RESTAURANT BUSINESS ENTERPRISES PERSONAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM REALIZATION

Abstract

The necessity of using the leader's potential in the personnel management system of the hotel and restaurant business is argued. The preconditions for the formation and realization of the hotel-restaurant business of the leadership potential are determined. Interrelation and role of leadership potential in ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry are shown. The basic parameters of realization of leadership potential in hotels and restaurants business are determined.
