THE LEGAL BASES OF THE METHODOLOGY OF MANAGEMENT OF OBJECTS OF COMMUNAL PROPERTY

Abstract
The article examines the structure of public property, the system of legal acts of the current legislation on local self-governing mechanism for the implementation of these methods, and identifies ways and means of improving the economic and legal methods of management of municipal property.
