THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF THE PROVISION OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES IN THE FIELD OF ECOLOGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the coverage of the legal framework provision of administrative services in the field of ecology and natural resources in Ukraine. The aim of the article is the disclosure of the legal framework of administrative services in the field of ecology and natural resources. Achieve certain goals units associated with the tasks of scientific research aimed at the disclosure of the state of legal provision of administrative services in the field of ecology and natural resources in Ukraine by identifying and targeting classification of legal acts regulating the activities of entities providing administrative services in a certain area of the legal relations. Based on the analysis of legal acts on the provision of administrative services in the field of ecology and natural resources of the author proposed classification. According to the legal force of normative legal acts regulating the provision of administrative services in the field of ecology and natural resources are divided into laws and regulations. The laws on the structure divided into codified (for example, the Land Code of Ukraine, the Water Code of Ukraine, the Code of Ukraine on mineral resources, the Forest Code of Ukraine, the Tax Code of Ukraine, single issues of protection and the rights of individuals to nature settled the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine) and simple (in particular, the law of Ukraine «Оn Environmental protection», June, 25, 1991).
