THE LEGAL POSITION OF PERSONS CONVICTED TO DEPRIVATION OF FREEDOM AND PROBLEMS OF ITS IMPROVEMENT

Abstract
The article describes the current issues and problems of legal regulations of persons sentenced to deprivation of liberty. The concept of legal status of convicted persons and its features. When it lists the types of GA-ranti the realization of rights, freedoms and obligations of persons sentenced to deprivation of liberty. All reasoning and conclusions reference to the normative framework regulating the situation of prisoners. Also analyzes the problems of the legal status of persons sentenced to deprivation of liberty, with an emphasis on the legal status of certain categories of convicted persons. In addition, it reveals problems and directions of improvement of the legislation on the legal status of persons sentenced to deprivation of liberty.
