THE LEGAL PROVIDING OF SANITARY-EPIDEMIOLOGICAL WELFARE IN THE CITIES

Abstract
In the article the provisions of regulations designed to make regulation of sanitary and epidemiological welfare in the cities. Investigates scientific position on the proposed issue. Analyzed the effectiveness of providing legal relations in this sphere. The author recommended amendments to the legislation in the systematization of sanitary rules and regulations, strengthening state control over their observance and implementation of the relevant stimulus measures.
