The Legal Regulation for the Organization of Customs Control at the Border Crossing Points of Ukraine for Naval Communication

Abstract
The article provides the performed analysis of the laws and regulations regulating the performing process of the procedures associated with the customs control arrangement at checkpoints for the water transportation, which are established by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine «Customs control arrangement at checkpoints at the boarder of Ukraine».
