THE LEGAL STATUS OF NON-PROFIT SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
The article considers the development of legal regulation of non-profit sports organizations, analyzes the provisions of the current legislation, determines the legal basis for the acquisition of property, makes proposals to improve the internal structure of non-profit sports organizations.
