THE LEGAL STATUS OF PARTICIPANTS IN ANTITERRORIST OPERATIONS: TERMINOLOGY ASPECT

Abstract
Legal position of participants of anti-terrorist operation in the norms of national legislative acts is researched. This question becomes very relevant due to creation of the mechanism of realization of social support for combatants as participants of anti-terrorist operation. The current legislation and its perspectives is analyzed for improvement of conditions of this category.
