THE LEGISLATIVE FIELD OF REGULATION OF INVESTMENT CLIMATE IN REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA

Abstract
Favorable investment climate is one of the guarantees of free and sustainable growth of the country's economy. While studying investment climate besides taking into account country’s macroeconomic indicators and their dynamics it’s also important to study economic and legal laws of the country. The analysis of the legislative field of regulation of investment climate in Armenia assumes analysis of the legislation of the country related to the legal status of foreign and local investors.
