THE MAIN CONFLICTS AND FLAWS IN THE LEGAL REGULATION OF AGRICULTURAL LAND ASSESSMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the scientific approaches to understanding the quality of soil and offered improved definition of the concept. Soil is a component of the State Land Cadastre and one type of land evaluation. Soil is the basis for the economic evaluation of land and, respectively – regulatory monetary value of land, as determine the true cost of land, especially agricultural land, can only be ascertained quality. As a result of the above definition of cleared improved quality of soil and analyzed legislation governing the procedure for this type of assessment that at the present stage of development of land relations requires improvement. The article deals with the historical and legal aspects of land valuation institute in Ukrainian lands. Characterized valuation of land establish a legal institution of land law in Ukraine. In the article are considered the legislation on assessment of agricultural land, as well as the formulation of conclusions and recommendations aimed at improving the legal regulation of land evaluation in the implementation of agricultural land market at the present stage.
