THE MAIN PREREQUISITES AND DIRECTIONS OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT

Abstract
The article is devoted to definition of the basic prerequisites and directions of realization of the state policy of effective and rational use and management of the land of the settlement. The conducted research was conducted in the interests of strengthening the economy of the research object. An analysis of demographic, housing, socio-economic and land use features of land use of rp Sosnovoborsk Sosnovoborsky district of the Penza region. The potential opportunities of the administrative center and the district as a whole are determined. The attractive aspects and preconditions of the development of the settlement are revealed.
