The article shows the modern trends in the viticulture and winemaking industry. It shows significant problems and obvious needs of its operation. It examines the main aspects of viticulture and winemaking enterprises. It displays the possible ways for the effective management of enterprises viticulture and winemaking subcomplex. It emphasizes the obvious flaws in the management system and cooperation of industry enterprises.
