Abstract
The management of change or the change management has brought a lot of controversies in nowadays society. That is the reason why we have decided to study this particular matter in our paper. Our research starts with the definition and main implications of change to the society in general. Then, the paper presents both the Management of Change and the Change Management with their definitions, characteristics, implications. We have also presented the most common misconceptions of the Management of Change and we have brought several arguments to prove why the change management is needed in an organization.
