THE MECHANISM OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL SUPPORT OF THE OBSERVANCE OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN LAW ENFORCEMENT BODIES OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article considers the mechanism of the administrative and legal provision of human rights in administrative activities. It is proved that the content of administrative and legal support for the observance of human rights by law enforcement bodies of Ukraine is a system of principles and measures of administrative activity of the public administration regarding prevention of violation, restoration in case of violation, as well as bringing the guilty to administrative responsibility and creating conditions for bringing to administrative responsibility the officials of law enforcement bodies of Ukraine that violate the rights, freedoms and legal interests of individuals and legal entities
