The Mechanism of Overcoming Resistance of Staff in the Implementation of Corporate University Enterprise

Abstract

The article analyzes and identifies the reasons for the resistance of the personnel to the introduction of the corporate University on the basis of the classification of types of resistance by the level of I. Ansoff, the possibilities to control the resistance of the personnel by various methods depending on the level of resistance and the time frame for implementing changes. Using the method of cause-and-effect analysis, the main reasons for the emergence of resistance of personnel to the introduction of the corporate University at the enterprise, presented in the form of the Ishikawa diagram, are determined. The mechanism of overcoming the resistance of personnel to the introduction of the corporate University, based on the process approach and methods of reengineering, which is a set of stages, each of which solves a set of problems that allows you to regulate the sequence of actions of performers in the process of eliminating the resistance of personnel to the introduction of the corporate University in the enterprise.
