The mechanism of resolving conflicts of law in municipal law, its elements

Abstract
The article investigates the fundamental way to solve conflicts in the municipal law of Ukraine. It is proved that the ways to resolve legal conflicts are concrete measures, means, circuits, mechanisms, pro- cedures, overcoming and preventing conflict. Depending on the type of collision is used one or the other method, an appropriate mechanism to eliminate existing contradictions.
